Orders are shipped through Canada post Standard, Canadapost Express Post or Canadapost Expedited services. In the checkout process shipping is calculated to the destination address and added to your cart.
Returns and Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied each and every time you purchase from us. We guarantee that our products will be 100% free from defects in materials and workmanship. If they're not, you may return them to us in their original condition for a prompt credit, or exchange. Sorry no refunds. All sale items are final.
For a credit or exchange, please return your item(s) to us within 15 days of purchase, by the most cost effective carrier (usually this is the Postal Service), and in original condition. Please include a copy of the invoice you received with a note indicating if you would prefer an exchange or replacement. We'd also like to know why you're returning the product, so we can improve our products and service. Exchanges for a different style, size or color not due to a manufacturing defect or an order processing error will incur normal shipping charges when the product is reshipped to you.
We do recommend that you return products to us insured. The Postal Service or United Parcel Service (UPS) will insure your package to guard against loss. If something happens in transit and the package doesn't get delivered, we can't give you a credit or exchange.
Cancellations and changes must be made by close of the same business day you place your order. Fraudulent Credit Card Charges or Fraudulent Claims - All requests to negate charges are investigated by our technical department and legal department. If you make a fraudulent claim of unauthorized card usage, we will report this to the credit card services. This report may result in cancellation of your card services, put negative information on your credit report, and create possible criminal charges that may be filed against you.
